Martin is Owner and Managing Partner of DDW and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the agency. Martin has 20+ years of experience building agencies and creating marketing communications for brands like Disney, Levi’s, Taco Bell, eBay, PayPal, PG&E, UbiSoft, Wells Fargo, Mercedes Benz, SF Giants and Virgin.
Mike is Managing Director at DDW and leads our client engagements and the day-to-day operations of the agency. Mike’s focus is team building, inspiring great work and helping clients achieve extraordinary business results.
Prior to DDW, Mike led major client engagements at global agencies like Y&R, Ogilvy, JWT, and Deutsch and has created literally hundreds of campaigns for clients like Procter & Gamble, American Express, ConAgra, Kellogg’s, Clorox, Sprint, HTC, The North Face, Seagram, Blue of California and Xerox.
Executive Creative Director
Ross is Executive Creative Director at DDW and leads all of our Brand Design work. Ross is passionate about design and brand integration across all touch points—from product development, identity, naming, packaging and retail design, to digital, mobile and experiential.
Ross cut his teeth as a designer at Nike, then became head of advertising and design at Capitol Records, working his way to become SVP, Director of Design at Deutsch LA. Ross has led creative for many large clients such as Nike, GM, Microsoft, TGI Fridays, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, DIRECTV, Old Navy and Tesco. He’s also worked with Madonna, Paul McCartney, Radiohead and The Foo Fighters.

Greg is Chief Strategy Officer and leads the discovery and expression of our deep Brand Story work. Greg and the strategy group are singularly focused on the changed (and changing) expectations of the 21st Century consumer—and crucially, how deep Brand Story and fresh Brand Design drives deep and lasting success in the complex 21st century landscape.
For 30 years, Greg has offered his results-oriented blend of quick incisive data synthesis, finely-tuned intuition, distinctive brand storytelling, and rapid innovative methods of creative ignition to dozens of leading brands including Apple, Levi’s, Adobe, Intel, eBay, HP, Microsoft, Sprint, Citibank, Wells Fargo Bank, Esurance, United Airlines, Cadillac, Ford, Virgin, Disney, Mattel, Stanford University, Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s, Walmart, Staples, KFC, PepsiCo, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Comcast, General Mills, Maybelline, Neutrogena, Listerine, Snapple, Canada Dry, Frito-Lay—and many others.
